Whether they’re testing their strength and agility on an exciting obstacle course or developing focus and coordination on the balance beam, our diverse range of gymnastics and ninja classes provides kids with a dynamic and engaging way to stay active. Each class is designed to build confidence, improve physical fitness, and teach valuable skills in a fun, supportive environment. There’s something for every young athlete to enjoy as they grow stronger, braver, and more skilled each week!

Gymnastics

Gain new skills on the uneven bars, vault, beam, and floor! Improve flexibility, strength, and hand-eye coordination. Each class is tailored to children's skill level. 

Ages 2-9

Ninjas

Ninja classes use an obstacle course to help children increase strength, hand-eye coordination, and critical thinking skills. 

Ages 3-8

Taekwondo

Classes are taught by certified instructors from Baystate Taekwondo Academy. Students will be introduced to fundamental techniques such as punches, kicks, and blocks, all practiced safely on pads and shields. There is no physical contact between students. In addition, students are taught when and why to use these skills, emphasizing responsibility, self-control, and good judgment. 

Ages 5-10

Dance

Taught by the MetroWest Dance Academy, these classes offer a great introduction to a variety of dance techniques. No experience necessary.

Ninja Open Gym

FREE for members

Join us in our gymnasium for an action-packed hour! Our ninja course will be set up and ready for kids to climb, jump, and test their skills. This staffed open gym is the perfect chance for families to explore our ninja equipment, practice obstacles, and have fun together!

Parents must be present. 

Ages 3-9
Sundays, 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM
