Find Your Inner Leader
At Hopkinton Summer Day Camp, we offer youth leadership programs designed to empower young individuals to discover their potential, develop valuable skills, and become confident leaders in their communities. Through hands-on activities, collaborative projects, and guided mentorship, participants are encouraged to take initiative, communicate effectively, and work as a team.
At camp, we provide a supportive environment where youth can challenge themselves, step into leadership roles, and learn through experience. Every aspect of the program fosters growth in problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution. Participants will leave the program with a stronger sense of self, enhanced leadership abilities, and the tools to inspire and motivate others.
Join us this summer to be part of a transformative experience that will shape the leaders of tomorrow!

CITs gain skills in workplace readiness, youth engagement, and community leadership. They learn Y policies and are considered for employment at 16 if they excel.
