Early Learning Center
The MetroWest YMCA Early Learning Center, Framingham, provides high-quality early education and care to children ages 15 months through five years old. Our curriculum addresses each childhood developmental needs and emphasizes the YMCA character values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.
Before & After School Care
The MetroWest YMCA's out-of-school time program, School's Out, offers a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, cultivate social-emotional skills, develop trusting relationships, and build self-reliance.
Summer Camp
The MetroWest YMCA summer camp offers kids a new adventure each day! Your child will be healthy and active while they learn new things, make friends, and have fun. Check out our six camps and more than 30 programming options.
Enrichment
Children are given the opportunity to learn, create, and have fun in a different environment than the typical classroom. Classes use hands-on activities to help children learn and socialize with children in their age group.
Child Watch - Member Benefit
Children can enjoy free play and/or participate in activities that may include painting, crafts, reading, STEM projects or music. Parents can exercise, swim, take a class, shower or read a book in our lobby.
School Vacation Programs
When school is out, the YMCA offers special programming to keep your children (grades K-5) engaged, active, and healthy. We offer programs at the Framingham Branch and Hopkinton Outdoor Center, including cooking, swimming, adventure, and fitness.
Our Commitment to Inclusion
The MetroWest YMCA is an organization that seeks to make our programs and services accessible to all, including those children who may need some accommodations and an extra level of support to be successful. When we know in advance about any challenges a child may have or any accommodations they may need, we are better able to make a plan for that child and improve their chances of success in our programs. Therefore, we strongly encourage families to be transparent about their child’s needs or challenges. While we do our best to support all children, the MetroWest YMCA is not a therapeutic or special needs organization. It will not be able to provide the level of intervention and support that these specialized programs can offer.

Project ABC
Project ABC is an EEC grant-funded program that fosters youth development and strengthens families by connecting parents with young children to resources, education, and peers in their community.
Project ABC serves families with children ages 0-8 in Ashland, Holliston, Hopkinton, and Natick by offering FREE:
- Regular playgroups to help prepare your child for school and beyond.
- Community referrals and personal introductions to a large network of providers and services (e.g., education, health and safety, food, housing, and utilities, etc.) to ensure your child has every advantage for success.
- Educational resources such as books, videos, and articles to empower parents and caregivers
