GroupEx Policies
- Do reserve your spot using YMCA360. Reserving a spot guarantees you a spot for the START OF CLASS. It does not guarantee you a spot if you are late. At the start of class, anyone who isn’t present forfeits their spot to a waitlist participant if the waitlist participant is present and ready to take the class on time.
- Do cancel your reservation in Y360 if you are no longer able to make the class. This allows others on the waitlist to receive their confirmation email.
- Do attend any class you have a reservation for. Our classes strive to offer a place for all to belong. We encourage you to get stronger, move better, mentally reset, and rejuvenate while building friendships.
- Do arrive at class on time. For your safety, we encourage you to get to class on time to not miss the warm-up, which preps your body for the intensity of the workout ahead. Regardless, if you show up late and the class is full, you will not be able to attend.
- Do set up your spot only. Some classes require equipment set-up; we encourage you to set up your space as soon as you arrive.
- Do ensure there is plenty of space for all to take this class. All our classes have set capacities based on the equipment and space in the studios. There is enough room for everyone to have a safe and effective workout.
- Do bring your water bottle to class. Staying hydrated is important. Don’t use it to save a spot for you or a friend.
- Do wear appropriate footwear for the class you are taking.
- Do treat others with respect and kindness. Remember the Y core values are Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility.
