Helping Youth & Teens Reach Their Full Potential

Young people are the future, and like the rest of us, they need ways to support their minds, bodies, and spirits. At the Y, there are opportunities for youth and teens to try new things and explore their interests in a safe space.

Y Nights

Grades 6-8
On most Saturday nights during the school year, we close the Framingham Branch for our free youth-only Y Nights. Youth can choose from a variety of activities that may include basketball, indoor gaga ball, ping pong, and swimming. They may also have access to the Youth and Family and turf areas of our Wellness Center.

Teen Center
