Senior Health & Wellness Day
Members of the MetroWest community are invited to attend our annual Senior Health & Wellness Day at the Framingham Branch. Guests can explore YMCA programs, connect with local community organizations, and learn about resources that support healthy living and well-being.
This is a great opportunity to engage directly and learn more about resources that offer support, promote independence, and improve quality of life. This event is free and open to the public. We hope to see you there!
