Are you a creative, strategic marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment? The Metrowest YMCA is seeking a Marketing Communications professional to help grow programs, deepen community engagement, and amplify our impact.
In this role, you’ll lead integrated campaigns from strategy through execution and measurement—bringing programs like summer camp, wellness, youth development, and community initiatives to life. You’ll manage social media, create compelling content (photo, video, and copy), design digital and print materials, and collaborate across departments to tell authentic stories of community impact.
We’re looking for someone who is organized, collaborative, and self-directed—with strong skills in social media, design (Canva, Adobe), and content creation. You’re energized by juggling multiple priorities, using data to improve performance, and finding new ways to connect people to purpose.
